| Holistic counsellors work in an integrative counselling setting. They follow a comprehensive approach to counsel a person - body, soul and spirit. This is in line with World Health Organisation (WHO) policies that define health as a positive state of physical, psychological, social and spiritual wellbeing. |
| AWARDING CRITERIA |
| For the Professional Designation to be awarded, professionals must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
| Underlying Registered Qualification or Part Qualification: |
| Higher Certificate in Management of Technology and Innovation, Level 5, 120 Credits. |
| Experiential Learning or Experience |
| 100 hours of practical experience. |

| This Designation may be awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning. |
| RETAINING CRITERIA |
| In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
| Code of Conduct |
| Members must adhere to the Professional Body Codes of Conduct and Ethics. |
| Continuing Professional Development (CPD) |
| Holistic Counsellors are required to accumulate a minimum of 9 CPD points in a one-year cycle of registration, including 3 CDP points on Ethics and 3 CPD points on Wellness are compulsory. |
| Fees |
| Ensure that the annual membership fee is paid. |
