Third level of coach credentialing.
Working with clients using own skills/experience flexibly to widen client's perspective beyond the current issue or context, thus stretching client's learning and development.
Method of working typically involves creating innovative approaches tailored to the requirements of each client.
Able to create own coherent approach, drawing on a wide range of models and frameworks.
Actively contributes to the development and promotion of raising standards in the coaching field ('Gives back' to the profession) - Contributions could include: developing models and tools; publishing about the profession; supervising peer mentors and coaches; educating other mentors and coaches; developing the work of a recognised coaching professional body. |
| AWARDING CRITERIA |
| For the Professional Designation to be awarded, professionals must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
| Underlying Registered Qualification or Part Qualification: |
Any NQF Level 7 Qualifications.
Or
A Comparable qualification at NQF Level 7. |
| Experiential Learning or Experience |
| Professional, experienced, expert coach with evidence of a minimum of 2500 coaching hours experience. |
| Competency Assessment |
| Coaching Demonstration completed against CMP level in the COMENSA Behavioural Standards Framework. |
| Designation RPL Statement |
| This Designation may not be awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning. |
| RETAINING CRITERIA |
| In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
| Code of Conduct |
| Members must adhere to the Professional Body Codes of Conduct and Ethics. |
| Continuing Professional Development (CPD) |
| 72 CPD hours over 3 years. |
| Fees |
| Ensure that the annual membership fee is paid. |
