Focus of coaching is building capacity for progression, managing complex and challenging relationships, working with ambiguity and change.
Able to draw on a range of models and frameworks. |
| AWARDING CRITERIA |
| For the Professional Designation to be awarded, professionals must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
| Underlying Registered Qualification or Part Qualification: |
Any NQF Level 6 Qualification.
Or
A comparable qualification at NQF Level 6. |
| Experiential Learning or Experience |
| A Professional, experienced coach that can demonstrate a minimum of 500 hours of coaching experience. |
| Competency Assessment |
| Coaching Demonstration completed against CSP level in the COMENSA Behavioural Standards Framework. |
| Designation RPL Statement |
| This Designation may not be awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning. |
| RETAINING CRITERIA |
| In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
| Code of Conduct |
| Members must adhere to the Professional Body Codes of Conduct and Ethics. |
| Continuing Professional Development (CPD) |
| 72 CPD hours over 3 years. |
| Fees |
| Ensure that the annual membership fee is paid. |
