DESCRIPTION:
First level of COMENSA coach credentialing.

Coach might be:
  • Working with a small range of clients or contexts and possibly within own area of experience.
  • Focus of coaching is to improve performance, build confidence and stretch capability.
  • Method of working is typically applying a limited range of models, tools and processes.

    AWARDING CRITERIA
    For the Professional Designation to be awarded, professionals must comply with the following minimum requirements: 
    Underlying Registered Qualification or Part Qualification:
  • Any NQF Level 5 Qualification.
    OR
  • Comparable qualification at NQF Level 5. 
    		•
    Experiential Learning or Experience
    Practising coach plus provides evidence of 100 hours of coaching experience. 
    Competency Assessment
    Coaching Demonstration passed in relation to CCP level in the COMENSA Behavioural Standards Framework. 
    Designation RPL Statement
    This Designation may not be awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning. 
    RETAINING CRITERIA
    In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: 
    Code of Conduct
    Members must adhere to the Professional Body Codes of Conduct and Ethics. 
    Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
    72 CPD hours completed over 3 years. 
    Fees
    Ensure that the annual membership fee is paid.
