DESCRIPTION: |
The Graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute (GradCG) is an individual who has successfully completed all seventeen subjects that underpin the theory of the qualification in Company Secretarial and Governance Practice. The GradCG is expected to possess the qualities and integrity required of a position that deals with corporate governance. Similar to how lawyers or accountants do articles, the GradCG must attain relevant work experience before they can progress to associate membership. |

For the Professional Designation to be awarded, professionals must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
Underlying Registered Qualification or Part Qualification: |
Professional Qualification: Company Secretarial and Governance Practice: SAQA ID number: 60654 at NQF Level 8. |
Experiential Learning or Experience |
Candidates must have one year's work experience. |

This Designation may be awarded through Recognition of Prior Learning. |

In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
