| Experiential Learning or Experience |
| Professional Firearm Training Specialist:
The experience required for this designation is a minimum of 500 Learners trained, which has been documented and is verifiable. A member must have trained 500 Learners. 50 Learners must have received training in the following unit standards or equivalent: 150 Learners must have received training in the following unit standards or equivalent: 200 Learners must have received training in the following unit standards or equivalent: 100 Learners must have received training in the following unit standards or equivalent: |

| External Integrated Summative Assessment.
Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Compliance. Complete the Further Education and Training Certificate: Firearm Training, SAQA ID: 50480 and Grading Shoot for Instructors. |

| RETAINING CRITERIA |
| In order to ensure the currency of professional knowledge and to retain the Professional Designation, the professional must comply with the following minimum requirements: |
